General conditions


All purchases made through our official channels are considered final.

Requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
Products that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear
Products without original tags
Products purchased during promotions or with discounts
Products purchased outside our official channels

Exceptions


If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, damage, or an incorrect item, you may contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping and delivery
